đĻ Orders & Shipping
How long does it take to process my order? Every item is made to order just for you, so most orders are produced within 2â5 business days. Custom orders may take an additional 2â3 business days for design approval.
When will my order ship? You'll receive a tracking email as soon as your order ships! Standard shipping then typically takes 5â7 business days.
Do you offer free shipping? Yes! We offer free standard shipping on all orders over $75 within the United States.
Can I track my order? Absolutely! Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with a tracking number so you can follow your package every step of the way.
Do you ship internationally? Currently, we only ship within the United States. We hope to offer international shipping in the future!
đ Products & Sizing
What brands do you use? We use high-quality blanks from brands like Bella Canvas, Comfort Colors, Gildan, and Rabbit Skins (for toddlers) â all known for their soft, comfortable fabrics!
How do I find my size? Check out our Size Chart page for detailed measurements! We recommend measuring a shirt you already own and comparing it to our charts.
Do your shirts shrink? Most of our shirts are pre-shrunk and may shrink about 5% or less after the first wash. We recommend washing in cold water and tumble drying on low heat.
How should I care for my items? For best results: machine wash cold with like colors, tumble dry low, and avoid bleach. Turn garments inside out before washing to protect the design!
Can I iron my shirt? Yes, but avoid ironing directly on the design. Turn the shirt inside out, or place a cloth over the design when ironing.

Do you accept custom design requests? Yes! We love creating custom designs. Visit our Custom Orders page or email sam@raisedonrebellion.org to discuss your ideas!
How long do custom orders take? Custom orders typically take 5â10 business days, depending on the complexity of the design. We'll provide a timeline when you place your order, and we'll respond to your inquiry within 24â48 hours.
Do you offer bulk or group orders? Absolutely! We offer special pricing for schools, teams, and groups. Check out our Bulk Orders page for more info.
âŠī¸ Returns & Exchanges
What is your return policy? Because every item is made to order just for you, we can't accept returns for the wrong size ordered or a change of mind. But we'll always make it right if your item arrives damaged, defective, misprinted, or wrong â just email us within 14 days with a photo. See our Shipping & Returns page for full details.
Can I exchange for a different size? Since each shirt is printed just for you, we're unable to offer free size swaps. Please check our Size Chart before ordering! If you ordered the wrong size, reach out and we'll do our best to help â a new size would be placed as a new order.
Can I return custom items? Custom and personalized items are final sale and can't be returned or exchanged unless there's a defect or error on our part.
